Renowned Pakistani singers Atif Aslam and Aima Baig are set to perform the official anthem for the 11th season of the Pakistan Super League (PSL), organisers confirmed ahead of the tournament’s launch later this month.
Aslam, one of Pakistan’s most widely recognised pop vocalists, will headline the anthem alongside Baig, who has previously co‑sung multiple PSL title songs. They will be joined by additional performers, including the Sabri Sisters, a female Sufi music duo, and rapper Daniya Kanwal, indicating a blend of musical styles in this year’s soundtrack.
The PSL anthem traditionally serves as a musical kickoff to the country’s premier franchise T20 cricket league, which begins its 11th edition later in March. Fans and stakeholders often view the anthem as a key cultural element of the tournament’s marketing and fan engagement.
Officials from the Pakistan Cricket Board and the league’s commercial partners said no further details on the anthem’s title or release date have yet been announced, but preparations are underway for its launch as part of event festivities.
The inclusion of diverse artists reflects continued efforts to refresh the league’s musical branding, following mixed reception to recent PSL anthems in previous seasons.
The Pakistan Super League 11 is scheduled to begin on March 26, with matches to be played across multiple venues.
