Sweet dreams, or the closest thing to them! Molly Sims sat down with ET to spill her best tips for looking bright-eyed and well-rested, whether you got a full night’s sleep or you’re running on empty.

While the model, 52, who shares sons, Brooks and Grey, and daughter, Scarlett, with husband, Scott Stuber, 57, says she’s lucky to catch a few ZZZs, you’d never guess it.

“On a good night I get maybe 6 or so hours of sleep, but usually it’s somewhere between not enough and barely made it.”

But to help the Lipstick on the Rim podcast host relax before attempting to hit the sheets, she relies on nighttime self-care must-haves.

“I usually start with my Saje Wellness essential oils to help center myself. The Stress Relief and Peppermint Halo are my go-tos. I also rotate between taking Moon Juice’s magnesium and Sakara Night Service to help me wind down.”

From there, the Kentucky native shifts into skincare mode, layering on results-driven staples from her YSE Beauty line.

“The Problem Solver is a gentle, yet effective correcting cream that helps reduce the appearance of dark spots and discoloration. … I always finish with our Xtremely Rich Moisturizer because protecting your skin barrier while you sleep is key,” she reveals.

And once her morning alarm goes off, the producer is up and at ’em.

“I just look at my kids’ calendar and that alone is a shot of adrenaline. Between school events, birthday parties, practices, and tournaments, their schedules are packed. One glance and I’m immediately reminded, ‘You’re not allowed to be tired’,” she explains.

Luckily, the actress also has a beauty trick that makes her look refreshed no matter what: The Wide Awake eye cream in Sheer Peach and Sheer Honey.

“It instantly brightens and depuffs, while quietly working in the background to improve your skin over time. … I’ll gladly take 10 hours of sleep in a tube. … It’s almost as exciting as that first cup of coffee, and I always have it in my purse for SOS moments when I need an espresso shot to the eye.”

The entrepreneur completes her glow-up routine with the Your Favorite Ex Pads, the Morning Cocktail Vitamin C Serum, and the Skin Glow, before springing into action with her fitness regimen.

“I try to move my body most days. I do 12-3-30, and lately I’m all about lifting weights and strength training. If I can sneak in a cold plunge and sauna, even better. Those mornings feel like a dream.”

And since naps are hard to come by, Sims leans on hydration to feel her best.

“Every morning, I make what I call Dria Water, a mixed drink of creatine, Vitamin C, colostrum, and electrolytes. I adopted it from my friend Dria Murphy, and it keeps me going all day.”
